1 tablespoon ghee
1/2 large cauliflower, blitzed or grated handful shredded coconut
1 tablespoon each of toasted sesame seeds, chia or LSA mix
Melt ghee in a frying pan
Mix the cauliflower with remaining ingredients add to the pan and cook until heated through
Season to taste
