Cauliflower Rice

Prep Time: 2min | Cook Time: 2min | Serves: 2 to 4

Instead of traditional rice, try this delicious substitute to increase your daily servings of vegetables!


  • 1 tablespoon ghee

  • 1/2 large cauliflower, blitzed or grated handful shredded coconut

  • 1 tablespoon each of toasted sesame seeds, chia or LSA mix


  1. Melt ghee in a frying pan

  2. Mix the cauliflower with remaining ingredients add to the pan and cook until heated through

  3. Season to taste
