Raw Caramel Balls


Prep Time: 5min | Cook Time: Nil | Makes: 12 Balls

These are just DELISH and so so easy to make

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts

  • 10 Pitted Soft Medjool Dates

  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Flour, Probiotic Powder or Pure Gelatin (I use Gelatin)

  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Paste

  • Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and Blitz until smooth in texture (If using a Thermomix Spd 8 for 1.30 to 2 minutes)

  2. Form into teaspoon size balls

Tip: Roll in dessicated coconut or dip into melted dark chocolate and keep in the freezer until ready to serve
