Raw Caramel Balls

These are just DELISH and so so easy to make
Ingredients
1 cup Cashew Nuts
10 Pitted Soft Medjool Dates
1 tbsp of Coconut Flour, Probiotic Powder or Pure Gelatin (I use Gelatin)
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Paste
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and Blitz until smooth in texture (If using a Thermomix Spd 8 for 1.30 to 2 minutes)
Form into teaspoon size balls
Tip: Roll in dessicated coconut or dip into melted dark chocolate and keep in the freezer until ready to serve
